1. Hygiene and Safety Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products sold on AdultsNeed.com, most products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.

2. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item is incomplete or missing parts at the time of delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your Order ID.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items must be included.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used intimate wellness products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Products with missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions, unless they are defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For eligible COD refunds, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, AdultsNeed.com may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability and verification of the reported issue.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect delivery address, shipping and handling charges (if applicable) may be deducted from any eligible refund.
